运行总监

岗位职责：

1.负责生物质电厂的运行管理和检修工作，保证机组安全、稳定、连续运行，满足客户用汽要求；

To take charge of operation and maintenance management of biomass power to guarantee safe, stable, continuous operation to satisfy clients’ steam requirements.

2.负责电厂经济节能运行，完成公司下达的年度节能降耗目标及指标，，精心操作优化调整，努力降低耗能；

To take charge of economical operation, reach the annual energy saving targets, operation optimization and cost saving on production.

3.负责贯彻执行各种安全规章制度，督促检查两票三制执行情况，确保不发生人为的设备损坏事故及人身伤害事故；

To take charge of execute safety regulation system, supervise the implementation of two-tickets three requirements, to guarantee no human-made accident of equipment damage nor personal injury.

4.负责制订和健全本部门各项运行管理规定、岗位职责、工作标准，并组织实施；

To take charge of draw up and perfect operation management regulations of operation department, job responsibilities, working standard, and implementation.

5.组织实施本部门的技术培训，提升员工技能和素质以符合实际工作的需要；

To organize technique training for operation department, increasing employee’s skills and qualification.

6.负责设备缺陷的发现和提出，做好缺陷登录统计，督促检修及时消除，验收消缺质量；

To raise the defects of equipment, and coordinate with maintenance to remove defects timely, and check maintenance quality.

7.负责运行数据、生产指标的统计、填报和分析，完善台帐记录，做好运行资料的收集归整；

To take charge of operation data and indexes statistics and analysis, and maintain proper records, , and collect and clear up all operation materials.

8.做好本部门6S工作，确保所辖区域及设备设施干净、整洁、有序。

To take charge of 6S working, to ensure all equipment and facilities under management are clean, tidy and orderly.

9.负责本部门员工的绩效考核，确保绩效考核工作有效实施；To take charge of staff performance assessment of operation department, and guarantee effective implementation of performance assessment.

10.注重加强与员工的沟通，激励员工完成公司的目标；

To enhance communication with staff, and encourage staff to fulfill company targets.

11.遵循ISO9001、ISO14001、OHSAS18001和ISO50001管理体系原则，履行环境健康安全工作职责，贯彻能源管理相关方针政策、法规；Follow the policy of ISO9001、ISO14001、OHSAS18001和ISO50001 management system. Fulfill the responsibility in environment，safety，occupational healthy and energy manage

岗位要求：

1、热能动力或电力设备类相关专业，本科以上学历；

2、具备五年以上电力行业生产管理经验，担任生产副总或厂长相关岗位3年以上；

3、熟悉电厂生产运作和管理，拥有丰富的生产管理、成本控制、质量管理、物流管理方面的经验；

4、熟悉IS9001质量体系、ISO14000环境管理体系，了解5S现场管理，具备全面的生产理念和丰富的生产实践经验；

5、接受过安全生产、设备管理、财务管理、运营管理等方面的相关培训。
